Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to contribute to our continued growth and success. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of shipping and logistics services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their shipping and logistics needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
